Welcome to use the "HearMyStocks" software and related services! To better serve you, please carefully read and fully understand this Agreement before use:
1. General Provisions
1. Before registering and using, users are requested to carefully read this Agreement to ensure full understanding of all the terms herein. Unless you accept all the terms of this Agreement, you have no right to register, log in, or use the services covered by this Agreement. Your actions such as registration, login, and use shall be deemed as unconditional acceptance of the binding of all the terms of this Agreement.
2. Unless otherwise explicitly provided, all new features and services introduced by this product shall unconditionally be subject to this Agreement.
3. Our company reserves the right to modify the terms of this Agreement at any time without prior notice. After our company modifies the terms of the Agreement, if you do not accept the modified terms, please immediately stop using the services provided by this product; continued use of the services provided by this product will be deemed acceptance of the modified Agreement.
2. User Registration and Cancellation
1. Users shall agree to all the terms of this Agreement and complete all registration procedures as prompted on the page (Juveniles shall complete the registration jointly with their legal guardians). By clicking the "Next" button during the registration process, users indicate full acceptance of all the terms of this Agreement.
2. Users need to register an account for this product before using this service. This product account shall be registered by binding a mobile phone number. Please use a mobile phone number that has not been bound to this product account and has not been blocked by this product in accordance with this Agreement to register an account. This product may change the methods of account registration and binding based on user requests or product requirements without prior notice to users.
3. During the use of this product and service, users shall ensure the authenticity of the information required for all service operations. If any problems arise due to the inauthenticity of the information, as well as the consequences brought about by the occurrence of such problems, this company shall not be held liable for any of them.
4. When users register and use this product, personal information that can identify the user's identity will be collected so that the system can contact the user when necessary or provide a better user experience. The information collected by the system includes but is not limited to the user's gender, age, date of birth, and city of residence; the system agrees that the use of this information will be subject to the constraints of user personal privacy information protection.
5. Users can cancel their Voice Stock account at "Voice Stock - Me - Mobile Number - Cancel Account". After you cancel your account, we will stop providing you with all products and services offered by Voice Stock and delete personal information related to your account in accordance with relevant requirements of laws and regulations.
3. Service Content
1. The specific content of this service is provided by this product based on actual circumstances, including but not limited to users' use of this product. This product may change the services provided, and the service content provided by this product may change at any time, and users will be notified of service changes.
2. Unless otherwise expressly provided in this Agreement, all new products, new features, and new services launched by the Company shall be governed by the terms of this Agreement.
4. Service Changes, Interruptions, or Terminations
1. In view of the special nature of network services (including but not limited to server stability issues, malicious cyber attacks and other uncontrollable situations), the user agrees that our company has the right to interrupt or terminate part or all of the services at any time.
2. Our company needs to conduct regular or irregular inspections or maintenance on the systems or related equipment that provide services. In the event that service interruption occurs within a reasonable time due to such circumstances, our company shall not be liable for any responsibility.
3. In the event of any of the following circumstances, our company reserves the right to change, suspend, or terminate the provision of services under this Agreement to users at any time without incurring any liability to users or any third party:
(1) According to legal provisions, users shall submit truthful information, but the personal information provided by the user is untrue, or inconsistent with the information provided at the time of registration and fails to provide reasonable proof;
(2) The user violates relevant laws, regulations, or the provisions of this Agreement;
(3) In accordance with legal provisions or the requirements of authorized authorities;
(4) For reasons of safety or other necessary circumstances.
5. Protection of User Personal Privacy Information
1. In accordance with the provisions of the law, we will collect, use, and disclose your personal information under specific circumstances. The following clauses describe how we collect, use, and disclose your personal information.
2. Information Collection
(1) Provided by the user
We will save the information you directly provide. For example, we will record your registration information, records of seeking customer service or other communications with us. The types of recorded information include: avatar, nickname, gender, date of birth, location, and other information you choose to provide. We collect, use, and disclose personal information to provide services to you through methods such as creating accounts, identifying users, responding to inquiries and emails, etc.
(2) Automatic collection
When you access or use our services, we will automatically collect your information, including: Log information (we record all log information generated when you use our services, including browser information, usage time, web pages visited, IP Address, and source). (1) Except in cases where this Privacy Policy does not specify or where an update to this Privacy Policy fails to notify you first, your personal information will not be used for other purposes.
(2) Anonymous aggregated Statistical Data is not personal user information as defined by our company. We will retain and use such information for various purposes, including but not limited to analysis and reporting on usage patterns. Our company reserves the right to use and disclose Anonymous aggregated Statistical Data for any purpose or unilaterally authorize third parties to use and disclose it.

You give affirmative consent to assume all risks and consequences arising from the uploaded information on your own, and our company shall not be liable for any responsibility.
4. Statutory Disclosure
Although we will make every effort to protect user privacy, we may disclose personal information when we have reason to believe that disclosing such information is the only way to comply with current judicial procedures, court orders, or other legal processes, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of our company, our users, or third parties.
5. Information Security

Although data transmission over the Internet is not 100% secure, we have taken and will continue to take commercially reasonable efforts to ensure that your personal information is protected.
6. Privacy Protection of Juveniles
Our company attaches great importance to the protection of personal privacy information of juveniles. Our company will rely on the personal information provided by users to determine whether a user is a juvenile. Any juvenile under the age of 18 registering an account or using this service shall obtain the prior written consent of their parent or legal guardian (hereinafter referred to as "guardian"). Except for disclosure in accordance with the provisions of laws and regulations and the instructions of the competent authorities, our company will not disclose the personal privacy information of juveniles to any third party.
6. Content Specification
1. The content described in this specification refers to any content created, uploaded, copied, published, or disseminated by users during their use of this service, including but not limited to registration information and authentication materials such as account avatars, names, and personal signatures, or text, voice, images, text and images, etc. in sent and replied messages and related linked pages, as well as other content generated through the use of this product's account or this service.
2. The user undertakes that when using the services of this product, they must comply with relevant laws and regulations of the People's Republic of China, and shall not use the services of this product to create, upload, copy, publish, or disseminate the following content:
(1) Opposing the basic principles established by the Constitution;
(2) Endangering national security, disclosing state secrets, subverting state power, or undermining national unity;
(3) Acts that damage national honor and interests;
(4) inciting ethnic hatred or ethnic discrimination and undermining ethnic unity;
(5) Those that undermine the state's religious policies, promote cults and feudal superstitions;
(6) Spreading rumors, disturbing social order, and undermining social stability;
(7) Disseminating pornographic, , gambling, violent, homicidal, terrorist content or inciting crime;
(8) Insulting or slandering others and infringing upon their legitimate rights and interests;
